We build primarily on WordPress — the world's most popular website platform, powering over 40% of all websites. For e-commerce we use WooCommerce. For custom requirements we also build bespoke solutions using PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks. WordPress was chosen because it is easy for you to manage after launch and has excellent long-term support.

Yes — basic on-page SEO is included in every website package as standard. This includes meta titles and descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, XML sitemap, Google Search Console setup, and schema markup. Ongoing monthly SEO campaigns (for ranking improvement over time) are a separate service — see our SEO page for details.

Most clients start seeing meaningful ranking improvements within 3–4 months. Significant organic traffic growth typically happens in months 4–6. SEO is a long-term investment — the longer you continue, the stronger your rankings become. We show you monthly data throughout so you can see the progress clearly.

Facebook ads typically start generating leads within 3–5 days of launch. Google Search ads can produce calls and enquiries within 24–48 hours. The first 2 weeks are a learning period where we optimise the campaign for best performance — results improve week on week.

You always pay Facebook and Google directly — we never handle your ad spend. Our management fee covers campaign setup, creative design, daily optimisation, and monthly reporting. This keeps your budget completely transparent and your account safe. We never take a percentage of your ad spend.

We recommend a minimum of ৳10,000–15,000/month for Facebook ads and ৳15,000–20,000/month for Google Search ads to get meaningful data and results. Below this level, the algorithm doesn't have enough budget to optimise properly. We will recommend the right budget for your specific goals during our free strategy session.

Yes — we create captions, posts, and ad copy in Bengali, English, or both. For most Bangladeshi consumer brands, Bengali captions get significantly higher engagement on Facebook and Instagram. We test both and use whichever performs better for your specific audience.

We accept conventional payments ways for international clients. Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit to begin the project and the remaining 50% on delivery. For monthly retainer services (SEO, social media, ads), payment is due at the start of each month. Payment terms are flexible for long-term projects — ask us.

No — we give you a fixed, all-inclusive quote before starting. The price you agree to is the price you pay. The only additional costs would be third-party services like domain registration, hosting, or ad spend — which are always discussed and agreed upfront, never added as surprises.

Yes — our listed prices are starting rates. We build custom quotes for every project based on your specific requirements, timeline, and budget. We also offer bundled discounts when you combine website development with marketing services. Get a free quote and we will work within your budget wherever possible.

There are no long-term contracts. We recommend a minimum of 3 months for marketing services to see meaningful results, but you can cancel with 30 days notice after that. We earn your continued business through consistent results — not lock-in contracts.

Our free proposal includes a recommended service or package, a fixed price breakdown, a project timeline with milestones, and an overview of exactly what we will deliver. We typically send proposals within 24 hours of our initial call. There is no obligation to proceed — it is genuinely free with no pressure.

Not at all — most of our clients work with us entirely remotely via WhatsApp, email, and video call. In-person meetings at our Dhaka Cantonment office are always welcome but never required. We are set up to work efficiently with clients anywhere in Bangladesh or internationally.

For websites: your logo (we can design one if needed), any photos of your business or products, and basic business information. We write the page copy for you.

For marketing services: access to your social media pages or ad accounts, and any existing brand materials you have. We guide you through exactly what we need after the discovery call — nothing complicated.

We include unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. This means you can request as many changes as you need to the design and content — as long as they are within what was originally agreed. If your requirements change significantly during the project, we discuss any scope adjustments transparently before proceeding.

We send regular project updates via WhatsApp and email. For websites, you will see the work-in-progress on a staging link before launch. For marketing services, you receive a detailed monthly report. Your dedicated account manager is available on WhatsApp during business hours for any questions.

For marketing services, yes — we need admin access to manage your campaigns effectively. We add ourselves as an admin to your Facebook page and ad account. Your accounts always remain in your name and ownership. We never ask to transfer ownership of any account to us.

All website packages include 30–90 days of post-launch support depending on the package. During this period we fix any bugs, answer questions, and help you get comfortable managing the site. After the included support period, we offer affordable monthly maintenance plans from ৳2,500/month covering updates, backups, security, and technical support.

WhatsApp us immediately — we respond to urgent issues within a few hours during business hours (Saturday–Wednesday 9am–6pm, Thursday 9am–2pm). For clients on monthly maintenance plans, we prioritise their support requests. For one-time project clients within the support period, urgent fixes are included at no extra charge.

Yes — every website project includes a training session after launch. We walk you through the WordPress dashboard, show you how to update content, add blog posts, change images, and manage any e-commerce or form features specific to your site. We also provide a simple written guide for reference.

Yes — after your included support period ends, you can continue with a monthly maintenance plan. This covers WordPress and plugin updates, daily backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, and up to 1 hour of content changes per month. Plans start from ৳2,500/month. Ask us for details.
